About the project
CIRCONOMY develops a harmonised framework of micro-level circular economy indicators, delivered through an intuitive digital tool that makes circularity measurable, and actionable for municipalities, industries, SMEs and households. Combining life-cycle thinking, environmental footprint methods, social sciences and digital technology, the framework is co-created and validated through pilot and replication studies across Europe, in alignment with key EU policy instruments such as the Circular Economy Action Plan, the EU Taxonomy and the CSRD.
The role of Viridiance
Viridiance Insights leads the technical development of CIRCONOMY’s modular, cloud-native digital tool, heading the corresponding tasks in WP2 and WP4. The company is also responsible for the project’s Replication Strategy and Roadmap (WP5), contributing further to indicator integration, piloting and capacity-building activities across the project.
